Do I need to have a license to sell ASSIST-CARD?

If you are a Travel Agent, you will need a letter of appointment from your Travel Agency or from ASSIST-CARD.

Do I need Insurance Training to get a license?

Yes, you will need to be trained by an ASSIST-CARD Representative. Please fill out our Become An Agent Form.

Can I sell all ASSIST-CARD Products and Services?

Yes, you can sell all published products that are listed in our ASSIST-CARD web site.

How many travelers are considered to be a group?

You will need a minimum of 10 travelers to be considered as a group.

I have a group of 50+ passengers, do I need to issue policy by policy?

You do not have to worry, you only need to submit the list of all travelers and we will issue all policies for you.

Can I present a Claim on behalf of my client?

Yes, you can collect all documentation and after you send it to us, we will submit our response directly to your client.
